Canuleia Restaurant, opens its doors with the new management March 23, 2013, under the careful management of the room curated by Eleonora and delicious creative cuisine with local products, quality, seasonal, carefully selected and cooked by the chef as well as owner Matteo Crudeli.
After attending hotel school together, and various work experiences both in Italy and abroad, we decided to wrap up our dream, opening the doors of our restaurant with the hope to convey our passion for both cooking and for the hospitality to our customers, trying to offer a good selection of wines of our land, Tuscany.
